Jan Rippingale
Co-Founder & CEO
Jan is also the Founder & CEO at Blu Banyan, driving the digital transformation of the solar industry.
She’s also the Co-Chair of the Orange Button Workgroup – US Department of Energy Orange Button Initiative, and Member Board of Directors at SunSpec Alliance.
Jan has over 10 years of experience in the solar industry, and 20+ years in the technology industry. She is a technology innovator, with a couple of patents in her name and worked as a researcher in NASA’s Controlled Ecological Life Support System (CELSS) program.
John Cheney
Co-Founder & Director
John is also the CEO and Co-Founder of Enera Power Group, building fund structure, seed financing, and operating team for 120 MW of projects in Mexico.
He serves as Founder and CEO of Silverado Power, the largest solar developer in the US 3GW pipeline (400mw PPAs).
Ben Bassett
Chief Operating Officer
Ben has been in Technology sales for over 15 years, most recently spending the past 5 years in partnership roles, 2 of which in the FinTech space.
Sriram Das
Co-Founder & Director
Sriram is currently the Managing Director at Das & Co, a New York based family office, specializing in sustainability, technology, and emerging markets.
He manages a real estate fund in India investing over $200M in the last 10 years.
